Year 5 students ventured to Campaspe Downs near Kyneton for a three day camp from 21-23 April. They had lots of fun working together on various initiatives, making a bush hut and pulling ropes for the Giant Swing and Possum Glider. The Giant Swing and Possum Glider both required the students to wear harnesses and be suspended above the ground which challenged those fearful of heights. The students also enjoyed canoeing, archery, the flying fox and aeroball (a mix of basketball, volleyball and trampolining). With plenty of delicious food to fuel energetic bodies in the chilly conditions this camp was both enjoyable and active.
