SJ - KITCHEN GARDEN INTRODUCTION

Our Year 3 and 4 students recently visit the ‘Surf Coast Strawberry Fields’ to pick some berries as an introduction to the Year 4 ‘Kitchen Garden Program’. This was followed by a walk from the Torquay Surf Club along the Esplanade to Elephant Park. It provided a good opportunity to introduce our inquiry topic ‘Our Planet Our Future’ as students were asked to notice the environment along the walk.
