Many of our College parents and guardians will recall their own experiences with the MS Readathon while growing up.
Throughout August our Year 5s will be encouraged to get involved with this incredible cause. We will be reading as many books as possible to raise funds to support programs for kids who have a parent living with MS (multiple sclerosis). Donations will fund vital support services for people living with MS, like the amazing Family Camps where kids can spend time with other kids who understand what it's like to have a parent with MS. These camps help families living with MS to spend quality time together and learn more about multiple sclerosis.

Then, register your child and find our school fundraising page. There should be an option when you register to link or affiliate your child with our school page (copy into browser): https://www.msreadathon.org.au/fundraisers/glcacyear5
Then you can seek sponsors and donations to contribute to our fundraising goal – please share with your family and friends to help us! Then students simply need to start reading and log all the books they are reading at home and at school.
