Geelong Lutheran College is pleased to invite applications for the position of Director of Staff & Logistics (Secondary)—a key leadership role within our thriving Secondary School.
This role is responsible for nurturing a positive, professional, and connected staff culture by overseeing all aspects of the staff experience—from induction and professional growth to wellbeing and performance support. The Director of Staff & Logistics (Secondary) plays a vital part in ensuring that our College remains a supportive and thriving workplace for all team members.
Commencing in January 2026.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the induction, development, and appraisal processes for Secondary staff
- Support staff wellbeing and performance, offering timely guidance and care
- Oversee staffing and timetable leadership, including:
- Timetable construction and allocation
- Daily coverage and replacements
- Compliance with staffing regulations and policies
- Coordinate professional learning opportunities that promote growth and collaboration
- Support the organisation of key events and staff logistics
- Manage staff-related communications and engagement, recognising contributions and building morale

Geelong Lutheran College is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team commencing in Semester 2 in 2025.
We are committed to providing a creative and engaging learning environment. This is an excellent chance for you to motivate and inspire students as part of a hard working faculty.

- French Teacher - part time 0.38 FTE
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons for students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
